I don't really know if it ever worked, but I am running 1.5.1, and would like to use direct download. Recently they updated their OPX servers, the error I get when I try and download is "[2000] ERROR Intuit Quicken 2007 is not supported by Mountain America Credit Union" I have tried Mac, Windows, and Microsoft Money. All with the exact same error. Let me know what else you need from me to get this fixed.

Thank You!!!!
Nate

P.S. Here is some more info that may help, I don't know....

Hey Nate, are you sure you're signed up for Direct Connection? 2000 is a general error, but usually indicative of your bank being under the impression you are not signed up.

I'm also having the same problem. I read that MACU updated to quicken 2010 or something. Could that be the problem?

It could be! We'll take a look, perhaps this is something we can remedy on our end.

It's been a few weeks and I'm still not able to connect to MACU...I was wondering if there was an update on the issue.

Nate and William: Our settings for MACU are correct according to Quicken. Make sure you are signed up for direct connect banking with them. When I try to connect, I get a 15500 error, which is correct because I don't have an account with them and this is the error for that.

Contact them and say you are trying to connect with Quicken 2007 for Mac and ask them to turn on direct connect banking for you.

I have spoken to my bank on 2 different occasions now and they've
assured me that it's because they've updated to Quicken 2010 and
Moneywell only supports Quicken 2007. The oldest version they support is
Quicken 2008. I mentioned earlier in our forum discussion that this was
the issue. Is there anyway to update Moneywell to Quicken 2010 or at
least Quicken 2008 so that it will work again?
    Thank you very much,

William: There is no Quicken 2008 on the Mac, it's only on Windows, the Mac version stopped at 2007. Quicken Essentials is a very different animal on the Mac. MoneyWell supports OFX and not Quicken 2007, we just use that version identifier so servers aren't confused.

If they have an OFX server, it should be supporting an OFX standard (1.1, 1.2, 2.0, etc.) and not a specific software tool. The 15500 error has nothing to do with software support and is all about OFX access rights. If you have a login for direct connect banking, then it should work.

I'm happy to talk to someone there and explain this to them or you can have them contact me directly at kevin@nothirst.com or via phone at 832-236-3592. Thanks.
