Knowledge Base: Why are all my bucket totals zero?

There are a couple of potential problems. It's possible that your cash flow start date is set to the future or you may have your graph filtered to a specific month.

To check your cash flow start date:

  1. Click the green triangle below the graph or click Edit > Change Cash Flow Start Date>
  2. Make sure the date is the first of the month for any month in the past
  3. Click OK

To clear your graph filter, simply click on the background of the graph.
